Doug McNaughton has enjoyed over 25 years in business consulting, public practice, management advisory services, tax and financial services primarily in Real Estate related industries. Starting out as a corporate accountant, Doug opened his own accounting practice in 1978, and brought those skills to excellent use in his consulting and real estate practices.
Joining the Real Estate profession in 1994, he divides his practice throughout the Niagara Region. Doug enjoys being a member of the prestigious Royal LePage Commercial President's Round Table for successful achievements in the ICI sales and Royal LePage's highest award the Award of Excellence plus Diamond, Platinum, Gold, and Master Sales Awards. In the past decade he has been involved in over $600,000,000 of real estate transactions including Sales, Leases, Asset Disposition Strategies and Special Advisory Services. Doug is the Regional Representative for Royal LePage Corporate Services for Canada.

Background
• Andrew joined the Niagara Association of Realtors in 2003.
• He found success early in his career by using his infinite knowledge of the Niagara Region to his advantage while expanding his knowledge of marketing, negotiating and client needs.
• In 2008, Andrew was given an invitation from Douglas McNaughton to join the Royal LePage , a team working for Royal LePage Niagara.
• Andrew gratefully accepted the invitation, and is now an associate of the Royal LePage of Royal LePage Niagara...THE Commercial Team of the Niagara Region.
• Prior to his fulfilling career in Real Estate Andrew enjoyed working in the Airline Industry for 11 years. This experience gave him extensive international experience from all over the world which he uses to his advantage as an Associate of the Royal LePage of Royal LePage Niagara.
